Overview
THE ROLE:
Herbalife Nutrition is standing up our Digital Office to prioritize, lead and complete an enterprise-wide digital transformation. In this newly built position, the Sr Director Digital Data & Analytics will lead the practice for the Digital Office focusing on four key areas: Strategy, Data driven experience, Web Analytics, and Insights/Reporting. This is a leadership role responsible to lead the people and teams that ideate and deliver a data and analytics roadmap across the integrated lifecycle: collection, synthesis, insight, and application, with the goal of driving business growth. The position will be accountable for building and leading a successful team and helping achieve annual revenue targets and success metrics. The role will be stationed at the corporate headquarters but will work across 95 global markets, partnering with Global Technology Services, Marketing, Sales, Member Support and regional leadership to ensure consistent and efficient execution of the analytics strategy.
