Herbalife Nutrition is standing up our Digital Office to prioritize, lead and complete an enterprise-wide digital transformation. In this newly built position, the Sr Director Digital Data & Analytics will lead the practice for the Digital Office focusing on four key areas: Strategy, Data driven experience, Web Analytics, and Insights/Reporting. This is a leadership role responsible to lead the people and teams that ideate and deliver a data and analytics roadmap across the integrated lifecycle: collection, synthesis, insight, and application, with the goal of driving business growth.  The position will be accountable for building and leading a successful team and helping achieve annual revenue targets and success metrics. The role will be stationed at the corporate headquarters but will work across 95 global markets, partnering with Global Technology Services, Marketing, Sales, Member Support and regional leadership to ensure consistent and efficient execution of the analytics strategy. 




  • Create and own Herbalife’s digital data & analytics strategy, in alignment with Herbalife’s overall business and digital strategy
  • Lead analysis and provide deep insights into the Distributor and Customer digital experience; synthesize usage patterns, difficulties, and product gaps to advise Product Development team
  • Build an ambitious vision for the potential for data, AI, ML to power customer and distributor, predictive and prescriptive engagement, and be responsible for the successful implementation of this vision in partnership with technology teams
  • Remain highly aware of the external market, customer expectations and outstanding technology solutions; partner with product and technology on recommendations where to build vs buy capabilities
  • Develop and communicate executive level presentations that articulate our value driven approach to product development and support team member organizational change
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights to develop surveys, NPS etc. for new digital products/journey’s and to ensure results are accounted for in continuous improvement cycle
  • Partner with Sales Strategy and Global Technology teams to define integration of Web Analytics and reporting in global BI programs enhancing the efficiency of data across the organization
  • Support product and regional teams in structuring and analyzing performance of A/B tests and pilot’s
  • Interface frequently with regional analytics leads to ensure successful implementation and adaptation of analytics strategy in regional COE’s
  • Support the Digital Office to scale with a focus on building an impactful Data Analytics team
  • Responsible for leading all aspects of 3rd party digital data technologies and associated budgets

  • Supervises 3-4 direct reports; Team structure and size to be further defined as this is a new department



  • 12+ years’ experience in Data Analytics in consumer or technology sectors
  • Experience in a leadership role in a large global enterprise with proven track record to communicate optimally and influence cross functional teams
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and competition to ensure differentiated success of data driven product portfolio
  • Innovation-driven attitude with a passion for process improvement, digital transformation, and new technologies
  • Demonstrable track record of using artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver significant business benefits
  • Inspiring and highly capable leader with the ability to establish clear strategy that can motivate others to deliver, and influence change across the organization
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures, with a sensitivity to cultural diversity
  • Familiarity with industry and regulatory standard methodologies for data collection and use occasional travel 



  • Bachelor’s degree in data, analytics, computer science, or equivalent
