Overview

THE ROLE:

 

Herbalife Nutrition is standing up our Digital Office to prioritize, manage and implement an enterprise-wide digital transformation. In this newly created position, the Manager Digital Data & Analytics will build and lead a team of Digital Analysts with a focus on accurate and on-time delivery of team goals relating to the generation of insight and economic value from our digital products. 
The role will work across 95 global markets, partnering with Global Technology Services, Marketing, Sales, Member Support and regional leadership to ensure top quality execution in the analysis of digital data.

 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:  

 

  • Oversee the analysis of analytics data from Herbalife’s digital experiences and products in alignment with Herbalife’s overall business and digital strategy.
  • At a high level: manage requests & deliverables, build models, perform analysis, communicate analysis, design experimentation & optimization based on analysis results.
  • Answer questions and provide solutions to stakeholders across the world, from executives to analysts in a multitude of business groups.
  • Develop data-driven insights relevant to both tactical product changes and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with a wide range of people who have varying goals and ideas that need to be informed by the teams’ analysis and recommendations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital analytics data as it relates to products, campaigns, promotions, site A/B testing and other business objectives.
  • Create written analysis and visualizations that explain and illustrate insights, recommendations, tactics, and strategies for improving site performance.
  • Present analysis, reporting and research findings to audiences by synthesizing complex data and concepts into easy-to-comprehend and cohesive presentations.
  • Coach, guide, and provide mentorship to the team.
  • Act as an evangelist for data driven decision making.


 

Qualifications

Required

 

  • 10+ years’ experience in Digital Analytics with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently handling complex projects and prioritizing and managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines and time constraints.
  • Solid organizational skills and high attention to detail coupled with demonstratable ability to organize and manage projects and build new structures and processes as needed.
  • Expert understanding of digital analytics concepts and data. Skilled at extracting insight from this data and presenting this insight to stakeholders.
  • Strong numeracy skills and yet still be business focused. Strong talent for pattern recognition and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated expert user of Adobe Analytics and solid experience with a Business Intelligence tool.
  • Strong work ethic with a high sense of self responsibility. 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or equivalent
