Overview
THE ROLE:
The Manager, Corporate Accounting will help manage the month-end process for Corporate, including the review and preparation of various journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis. This position will review and prepare consolidation analyses, 10-Q/10-K SEC reporting schedules and analyses and Press Release schedules. This position will manage/assist on various special projects such as system implementations and new accounting pronouncements. This role will assist the Corporate Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller in identifying processes, systems and reporting improvements for the Company. This position will effectively interact with the Finance Managers, Regional Controllers, GBS and various departments to analyze financial results and solve financial and accounting matters.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Corporate team is a dynamic team and has a meaningful role in the Company’s financial reporting responsibilities. The team works with all of the other teams within our department, with different departments within the company, such as FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Operations, as well as all of the finance personnel in all of our countries. The team is collaborative and works in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• Minimum of 7 years of corporate and/or public accounting experience
• Excellent digital literacy – MS Excel, MS Word, Oracle, OneStream, Quick View
• Thorough, self-motivated, ability to properly prioritize
• Ability to solve accounting issues and practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong focus on management and mentoring skills
• Ability to function as an effective team member
• Experience in multi-national corporations and/or Big 4 accounting firms
• CPA
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review journal entries, analyses and account reconciliations, financial statements
• Collaborate with finance managers worldwide, regional finance teams and GBS on monthly close process and provide guidance to them on accounting matters and processes
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
