Sr Manager, Projects & Infrastructure - India

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT 
Senior Manager –  Projects & Infrastructure will be responsible for initiating, incubating and improving Projects related to operations both System enhancement and physical infrastructure.  Will be responsible for driving innovation culture within supply chain function.  Will work with IT, Operations, Finance and other cross functional Teams.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will Head a Team of Professional leading Projects, Innovation and Infrastructure.  Should be a peoples Manager and have to ability to get the job executed within agreed timelines. 
   
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Will be working with multiple stake holder within supply chain as well as cross functional teams like Order fulfilment team, Inventory Team, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, FP&A, Sourcing etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Should be a Engineering Graduate in any Discipline.  PG in Management is desirable.  

Roles & Responsibility 
• Should have 18+ years of experience in Project Management.  Should have indepth understanding supply chain process.  Should have worked in ERP Environment.  
• Should be the bridge between the Development and Operations team.
• Should have extensive knowledge of Oracle or any ERP (S&D, MM and Production Planning module)
• Should be able to guide teams sitting in remote locations and also monitor performance for remote teams.  
• Should have good knowledge of MS office particular Power Point and also have knowledge of Power BI
• Should be conversant to speak to external stake holders Customers, Distributors, Courier partners etc.
• Should have clarity of thought when communicating with stake holders
