Sr. OneStream Developer (hybrid)

The Sr. OneStream Developer will a work hybrid schedule, and must be available to work onsite at our state of art Innovation and Manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, NC at least 2-3 days per week and more if needed and will able to work some from home also. The Developer COTS III (OneStream) will code, test, implement and support the enterprise application solutions like OneStream and Oracle. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of deep technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel and internal customers to provide very adaptable support to this global application. 



  • Works closely with clients to understand client requirements and convert into technical solutions.
  • Will focus on technical deliveries and be responsible for the quality of technical deliveries.
  • Ensures successful implementation and support of OneStream solutions.
  • Wil work with team members as needed to scope, design, develop, test, implement, and support.
  • Will be responsible for coding and unit testing application software across production support, enhancements, and projects.

  • Interacts with Vendors, Customer Support Teams






  • Solid understanding of and hands on experience in reporting tools like OneStream and Hyperion.
  • Solid understanding of ERP tools like Oracle EBS GL, AP, AR etc.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and ability to write and execute SQL queries
  • In-depth knowledge on Financial Planning and Analysis, Consolidation, Account Reconciliations activities and People Planning.
  • End-to-end OneStream development experience - Building dimensions, metadata, Dashboards, Workflows, CubeViews, and Reports
  • Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management
  • Basic understanding of Visual Basic .net programming for understanding and building custom solutions in OneStream.
  • Great teammate able to effectively communicate with all levels, up through executive management with sensitivity to cultural diversity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Innovative and creative with identifying passive recruitment methods
  • Passionate and displays a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Fast-paced and ability to adapt to organizational changes




  • 5 years of experience in CPM solutions like OneStream and Hyperion.
  • 1 year of experience in Oracle suite of products
  • Experience using SQL Server Management Studio
  • Knowledge of Azure portal and managing Azure resources is a plus.
  • Problem resolution skills in VB .net scripts for OneStream.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
