Overview

THE ROLE: 

 

As a Data Portfolio Analyst in the Data Portfolio team will be responsible for coordinating and leading various aspects of projects, processes, or operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess good communication and social skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and customers. This rile will be crucial role in ensuring flawless coordination, efficient communication, and successful project execution across multi-functional teams.

 

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: 

  • Coordinate and facilitate activities related to project planning, execution, and supervising to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and achievements, and supervise progress against established timelines.
  • Coordinate sources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support project or operational needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among team members, departments, and partners through regular meetings, status updates, and documentation.
  • Engage and handle relationships with project team members, addressing their needs, expectations, and concerns, and keeping them informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and assess project risks, working with project teams to develop risk management strategies and implementing appropriate risk response actions.
  • Continuously analyze coordination processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports, status updates, and documentation related to project coordination activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standard methodologies and tools related to project coordination and apply them to enhance coordination effectiveness.

 

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 

 

  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

 

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in applications building reports dashboards and supporting users and managing projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Project Management, or a related field.
