Overview

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The primary role of the Sr. HR Coordinator will be to support various functions withing human resources with administrative projects and tasks. This will support the Global Head of Talent Management as well as other human resources professionals and business leaders. Administrative support crosses many disciplines such as, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, DEI, and Business Partnering.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:  

•   Provide administrative support to corporate business partners including management of unemployment claims, employment verifications, exit interviews, and ad hoc information gathering, compilation and reporting.
•   Partner with legal department as needed/required to provide documents needed for deposition and/or legal review.
•   Provide coordination and support to HR Team in gathering data, research for HR programs, initiatives, and investigations.
•   Support Talent Development leaders with administrative tasks, data analysis and program support
•   Set up Purchase order for outsourced vendors to ensure effective and timely payment.
•   Work with accounting and other groups to ensure timely payment of services and invoices.
•   Scheduling and coordination of meetings for Talent Management leader, managers, and other stakeholders 
•   Prepare team meeting agendas, presentations as well as update department metrics and other talent management dashboards.
•   Work with Herbalife teams to upload documents to government sites, databases and records including but not limited to I-9 verifications and E-Verify
•   Assist with first day onboarding and other employee trainings and seminars where applicable.
•   Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills: 
•   
•   Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
•   Display strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
•   Passionate and displays a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
•   Ability to research and identify discrepancies and inaccuracies as needed.
•   Ability to adapt to organizational changes.
•   Strong proficiencies in Microsoft Office applications with advanced skillset in Excel

Experience:

•   3-4 years of corporate HR support experience in a variety of disciplines including general HR initiatives.
•   Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, demanding environment
•   Ability to navigate through HR systems independently and comfort with running reports to support business objectives.

Education:

•   Bachelor’s degree in related field, or a minimum of 6 years in related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•   Bilingual in Spanish
•   PHR/SPHR Certified
