Hiring Range: 91,200.00 to 104,100.00 USD Annually



The Project Manager in P&DM will be responsible for management of Agile and non-Agile projects. These projects include programs from new product innovation, reformulation, and packaging. These special projects can change based on Herbalife’s business needs. This position will ensure product development activities are completed on a timely basis consistent with product launch dates and distributor events and adherence to Herbalife’s internal global development process.



•   Provide support on special projects as the business needs. 
•   Create project tools, track timelines, and monitor the projects effectively and complete within a timely manner. 
•   Provide proper communication of the deliverables and timelines to stakeholder(s)
•   Manage Internal Sample ticketing queue and close out tickets in a timely manner.
•   Support STF ticketing queue and assign Host accordingly. 
o   Host STF meeting for NPD, Maintenance, Packaging projects and provide notes to ensure all action items are clear and concise.

Agile Projects: 
•   RD PFR Formulation Projects 
o   Create, lead, and manage Opti PFR’s formulation projects to support new product development.  
o   Create, lead, and manage Opti PFR’s new packaging projects to support new product development. 
o   Work closely with cross functional team members to resolve challenges that arise on formulation and new packaging projects. 
o   Re-assign any RD tasks to avoid delays on tasks. 
o   Facilitate, track, and manage project product definition meetings; create PFR formulation projects in Agile.
o   Facilitate track and manage bi-weekly cross functional calls to discuss project details. 
o   Revises the project briefs if there are modifications requested by Marketing or any other cross functional team. 
o   Monitors and tracks timelines and provide status updates to cross functional team members. 
o   Understands impacts to PFR formulation project launch timing and completion of tasks, reviews incoming deliverables. 
o   Responsible for the following forms: Project Summary Closures 
o   Facilitates cross functional side bars or check in meetings to find solutions to project issues.  
o   Perform additional duties as assigned.
o   Responsible for any Agile specific training to the PFR formulation or new packaging programs. 




•   Self-motivated with strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
•   Very detail-oriented and organized.
•   Skilled in working with matrixes, cross-departmental, global teams.
•   Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
•   Proven ability to develop key relationships both internally and externally.
•   Proficient in MS applications (including MS Project) and strong computer skills.
•   Knowledge of Agile business processes associated with R&D.
•   Demonstrated abilities in organizational analysis, diagnosis, problem solving and strategic thinking.
•   Strong customer and results orientation.
•   Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
•   Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.

•   7 years of hands-on project management experience in product development, events, manufacturing and/or supply chain experience.

•   B.S. degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Food Science)
