Herbalife is seeking a producer/editor (preditor) who will be responsible for producing video content through all production phases in a fast paced, high volume, internal creative agency. This role is for a strong visual storyteller who can develop creative according to strategic direction while staying on budget. The ideal candidate should have an affinity for production technology and a deep understanding of content creation (filming, editing etc.) for digital and social platforms. This role is hands-on and includes producing content in a studio setting, on location, live broadcasts, editing and motion graphics.

•   Concept, pitch and execute video ideas for various platforms (live events, broadcast, social and branded content etc.) that expand Herbalife’s editorial voice. 
•   Coordinate with creative directors and project managers to establish project scope, budget, and timeline.
•   Function independently, or as a team, in various production roles: camera operator, gaffer, grip, editor, motion graphics etc.
•   Source freelance production talent, communicate and implement best practices as they work within the company’s brand and policy guidelines.
•   Source production elements such as music, templates, stock footage and voiceover talent.
•   Edit non-linear video using single or multi-camera video content. 
•   Implement basic GFX/VFX content (lower thirds, green screen keying, templates, animations etc.)
•   Prepare bid proposal requests for projects as necessary.
•   Research and advise on the latest industry related practices and technologies.


We are a full-service, internal creative agency, serving our Herbalife partners in multiple regions around the globe. The video team is a critical component of this agency, and we operate within the Herbalife corporate office. Our collaborative agency model allows everyone to be surrounded and supported by valuable creative talent and resources. Whether we are working on sports sponsorship content, live events or launching the latest product, we are always working to push creative boundaries in new and exciting ways. 



•   Ability to work in various positions on a production crew.
•   Proficient in production technology, including black magic cameras systems and LED lighting.
•   Skilled in non-linear editing, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and related software. 
•   Experience hiring and overseeing freelance talent to support each phase of production.
•   Adept in production storage and review tools such as EditShare and 
•   Ability to work within established brand/product guidelines.
•   Able to travel internationally for periods up to 3 weeks. Up-to-date travel documents.
•   A minimum of 5 years of experience, Bachelor of Arts or related field of study.



Bachelor of Art degree in art, design, animation, media arts, film, television, or related field of study.
