Overview
Manager, Social Media Content Creator
- Create posts and write copy of engaging and compelling content, and the variations required by channel including: Facebook, Instagram, X, Tiktok, Telegram, LinkedIn and others.
- Create the social media content calendar to schedule posts.
- Monitor social channels for comments, feedback and engagement.
- Collaborate with peers in the content team and colleagues across other functions to align on brief's, objectives and creatives.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, including tone of voice, colour schemes, logos, typography, etc.
- Source new innovations within social platforms to increase engagement and trialling different content formats.
- Define channel performance metrics, including Distributor feedback, engagement, followers, likes, shares, etc, and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Beat the forefront of social media trends, best practices, variations of copy to engage with different audiences, etc.
- Be the regional point of contact to provide guidance, training and support to local market teams that control their social channels.
Our requirements:
- Degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications or related fields (beneficial).
- Nutrition qualification / certification (beneficial).
- Certifications in digital marketing, social media analytics or related fields (beneficial).
- Experience in a social media role in a mid to large size company.
- Experience of a European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector.
- Experience of a business operating in multiple markets with nuances around culture, language, etc.
- Experience working with Distributors, Franchisees or Self-employed business owners - advantageous.
- Fast paced and proactive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable and receptive to feedback.
- Creative studio producstion skills - advantageous.
