About the role:
Key management role representing Global Security and Safety by providing advice and solutions that mitigate operational, strategic, and tactical security risks and works in collaboration with a wide range of internal and external partners In EMEA and India.
Develops and implements vision, direction and control of programs, policies, practices, procedures for EMEA and India including work force protection, physical security & asset protection, business continuity, workplace violence prevention, travel safety, events security, investigations, incident/crisis management, and information security.
In this role you will:
- Be the subject matter expert and main point of contact for all security matters and related programs in EMEA and India and deliver top-level service
- Develop, implement, and maintain Global Security programs, policies, and procedures within the region, including (but not limited to) physical security and asset protection, workforce protection, business continuity, incident/crisis management, travel safety, and event security
- Conduct threat assessments, vulnerability analysis, and risk assessments on sites and activities, including travelling to various locations to identify areas of weakness and develop improvements
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive, cohesive, and scalable program of services (including training), resources, policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the physical safety of company employees, visitors in company facilities, on travel, and at events
- Establish and maintain effective liaison and working relationships with company management and employees, events management, relevant law enforcement agencies, emergency management agencies, and all other individuals or organizations with mutual interests
- Maintain a network of peer companies, consultants, vendors and organizations to remain current and aware of industry trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain a network of third-party service providers who can effectively support Herbalife’s needs worldwide
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to effective public speaking abilities to provide executive summaries, relevant presentations, and training
Our requirements:
- At least 5-7 years management experience in a law enforcement or protective service agency or private sector corporate security organization in addition to security experience in large events
- Significant and relevant security experience across all elements of this role: physical assets, workforce protection, incident/crisis management, threat assessments, vulnerability analysis, risk assessment and mitigation, events security, and business continuity
- Experience developing and delivering effective education and training
- Experience managing high performing, adaptable, diverse, and dispersed teams
- Deep program and project management experience
- Budget management including managing consultants and vendors
- Effective liaison and working relationships with company management and employees, events management, relevant law enforcement agencies, emergency management agencies, and all other individuals or organizations with mutual interests
- Maintain a network of peer companies, consultants, vendors and organizations to remain current and aware of industry trends and best practices

- Budget / results accountability for assigned projects, programs, and initiatives
- Manage service contracts and vendors as applicable
- Undergraduate degree in Law Enforcement, Public Administration, Business or related field
- Active memberships in security organizations, nationally and internationally
- Business Continuity certification desirable
- Security professional certification (such as ASIS) desirable
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in the English language
