Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Program Manager for our Business Opportunity pillar, who will be responsible for executing strategies to promote Herbalife’s business opportunities to aspiring entrepreneurs, side hustlers, and start-up builders. This role involves defining compelling messaging and branding, conducting market research & analytics, and developing segmentation, profiling, and targeting efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in journey creation, data analysis, and omnichannel marketing.
We are looking for innovative, customer-obsessed mindset, curious and highly entrepreneurial leader to join our new and exciting team to improve and innovate marketing approaches.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Strategy Execution:
o Execute tactics to promote Herbalife’s business opportunities to new prospects, including entrepreneurs and side hustlers.
o Review and assess the current business strategy, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
- Messaging & Branding:
o Lead efforts in the execution of defining messaging and branding to make Herbalife's offering more appealing to different target audiences through effective communication and branding initiatives.
- Journey & Segmentation:
o Develop customer journeys and segmentation profiles to effectively target and engage various audience segments.
- Market Research:
o Conduct research on different industries, market trends and customer preferences to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytics:
o Utilize market data to design and execute A/B testing across various channels (Digital, Brick&Mortar, etc).
o Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL to gather insights from dashboards and make data-informed decisions.
o Optimize strategies based on test results.
- Omnichannel and Performance Marketing:
o Implement omnichannel strategies involving digital platforms, e-commerce, and social media to reach and engage potential Business Owners prospects.
o Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project’s performance.
o Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Corporate & Regionally:
o Communication with Regions globally, serving as subject matter expert and partnering with them delivering best practices and ensuring strategy execution.
o Work closely with different departments to execute strategies in a fast-paced environment, facilitating cross-functional teamwork to achieve business objectives.
o Drive collaboration between Digital and front-office teams.
Distributor Success Group Vision: To empower every Distributor to achieve their goals with Herbalife by leading the design, implementation, and optimization of strategies, programs and initiatives that enhance their experience and success throughout their journey.
Business Opportunity team Objective: Lead development and execution of the strategy, expression, and communication for the HLF Biz Opp to drive its attractiveness, marketability, and value. Own distributor lifecycle, critical milestones, and DS Success metrics at each stage.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Skills and Background
- 5-7 years of experience in business strategy, marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on entrepreneurial and start-up environments.
- Proven experience in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong knowledge of journey mapping, customer segmentation, and profiling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Innovative, curious, and highly entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL preferred).
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Master's degree
