Overview
THE ROLE:
The Director Engineering will lead multiple Software Engineering teams for the Acquisition and Onboarding value stream that focus on developing applications and collaborate proactively with functional analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. This position is responsible for leading a leadership team with ownership of numerous applications, microservices and coordinated systems. The position is responsible for aligning Member and Consumer application development with the product and business strategy developed by internal partners and members. This position will also own and standardize architectural and software design approaches, along with development and support of web and mobile apps.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
The role is part of the Digital Office Engineering, Acquisition & Onboarding value stream team which is responsible for developing the next generation of Herbalife applications using MACH, combining the latest technologies with compelling experiences. The team is a globally distributed, highly committed and goal focused group across a diverse set of backgrounds.
