About the role:
As a Senior Coordinator, you will develop and implement diverse content and communications strategies to support Member growth across the UK, Ireland, and Iceland. Your role includes creating engaging content for social media, overseeing the creative look and feel of local communications, and ensuring consistency with the market's visual standards. You will also coordinate event branding and support, working closely with internal and external partners to deliver the 'Herbalife magic.' This position involves travel, with 6 to 8 weekends per year primarily within these three markets, and potentially across Europe.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for all branding at National events and the creative approach for themed parties—brainstorming, presenting ideas, liaising with vendors, and executing agreed deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Supervisor and Senior Sales Manager to create monthly recognition for all Members across respective markets.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Supervisor, Senior Sales Manager, and CRM to plan, coordinate, and execute impactful communications for Members.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of communications, continuously seeking ways to improve tools and revising approaches to better support business growth.
- Attend National and Regional events as a key member of the backstage team.
Assist in managing the Marketing Inbox, addressing related queries from internal departments as needed. - Support volume-driving initiatives and ad-hoc projects requested by the committee and approved by Senior Management.
- Help manage social media platforms and execute the social media content plan.

Education:
- Any digital design accredited courses will be beneficial.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong skills in video/communications creation and editing using tools like Adobe Reader, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, with a desire to further develop these skills and push creative boundaries.
- Proven ability to develop and produce content across various media, both online and offline.
- Experience working on both internal and external communications and using multiple communication platforms, including social media and digital applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new internal communications tools.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and produce results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative vision and experience in the full marketing mix, including working with events, coordinating campaigns, communications, and branding.
- Experience working on projects with tight deadlines and at events from inception to delivery.
Essential Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management and with Members.
- Team player with the ability to work with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
- Strong customer and results focus, with a keen awareness of how to drive sales and support Members' businesses.
- Willingness to travel within the country and possibly elsewhere in Europe, with an average of 6-8 weekend events per year.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Reliable time and workload management, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, produce results under pressure, and adapt flexibly in a fast-moving environment.
