Overview
THE ROLE:
The Lead Pickline Replenisher will coordinate the daily activities of the pickline replenishment process to ensure sufficient stock levels exist for all items sold on the Pickline. This position will also ensure staff adheres to all procedures in accordance with inventory accuracy guidelines.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Coordinate, monitor and delegate all pickline replenishment floor related activities within Los Angeles Distribution Center (LADC) which includes ensuring both Replenishers and Forklift Operators are leading their daily assignment efficiently and accurately. Monitor staff assignments and schedule to ensure daily replenishment demands are met as assigned by management. Inform management team of any staff shortages, changes to staffing schedule or challenges within the department.
• Responsible for handling new item profile and re-profiling of SKU’s which includes ensuring that product is available in the set pick locations, have accurate barcode labels, and that all report, database, and transactions are accurately and properly updated within Oracle and Cirrus system.
• Responsible for generating and distributing the daily min-max report, ensuring that all items listed are promptly and accurately transferred to designated pick locators by the replenishment team. Additionally, prioritizing low and out of stock items so they are transferred to the pickline immediately.
• Responsible for handling and processing the Pickline Damage, Back-to-Stock items, and all items received from the Returns and QA department. This includes issuance of report, putting away product to their designated pick locations, and handling disposal of damaged goods.
• Monitor and ensure that all Cirrus system replenishment activities are completed whether it be through directed, visual, or manual mode. This includes frequent review of all the Cirrus replenishment SKU settings to ensure appropriate case quantity is transferred without overstocking designated pick locations, that all back up location setting is in place to maintain inventory accuracy, and that any Cirrus Alert Exception report is corrected accordingly.
• Assist with various inventory control related activities and practices in accordance with all established procedures. This includes, but not limited to, the daily cycle count process, random inventory audits, perform various miscellaneous inventory adjustments, remove date-sensitive product for expiration, and transfer product for disposals. Additionally, monitor, maintain, and update all related departmental reports and inventory management system database to ensure information and reports are accurate. This includes supporting physical inventory conducted for the Los Angeles Distribution and assigned Sales Centers.
• As needed, process P&E and Employee orders received through the employee ordering system or manual request, ensuring orders received are accurately filled out with required information and that orders are accordance with the set company policy and procedure. Inform requestors if any items are on backorder and/or communicate any delays or issues with an order. Review inventory availability while processing manual or large orders to ensure overall DC stock is not compromised.
• When required, operate forklifts in a safe and appropriate manner following company guidelines.
• Report any safety hazards, property damage, unsafe working conditions or suspicious activities/people to management, security, or safety committee member. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area keeping a constant watch for any safety issues. Additionally, utilize care and wear proper safety gear when cutting open product cases and ensure staff does as well.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Needs to be flexible, and comfortable with change, as they will need to adapt to the evolving demands of our business.

Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Skills:
• Must be flexible with work schedule and available to work overtime and weekends.
• Excellent analytical, mathematics skills, initiative, organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English with good oral and written communication skills, and with ability to respond effectively and positively in a rapid changing warehouse environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Preferred
Experience:
• 4 years’ experience in warehousing with extensive knowledge of warehousing operations as it relates to replenishment and inventory control functions.
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency Bar Coding System
• Knowledge and experience with Inventory Management System.
• Forklift Operator experience
Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Operator certification.
