Overview

THE ROLE: 

 

This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital products and initiatives, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving commercial success through data-driven decision-making and risk assessment. They will also have experience in developing and implementing effective measurement strategies, conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing, and translating analytical insights into actionable commercial strategies. They should be able to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and be adept at finding opportunities for optimization and scalability. They should also be able to engage closely with various teams   to align digital initiatives with market opportunities and financial targets. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Digital Data & Analytics and is responsible for regular program updates and recommendations.

 

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: 


•    Measurement Program: Develop and implement a robust measurement program applying a Data Driver Operating Model for the Digital Office across digital products and initiatives. Define critical metrics, establish benchmarks, and supervise performance against financial or business targets. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.
•    Commercial Optimization: Analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, and revenue generation. See opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and improved return on investment. Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to drive commercial success.
•    Value Measurement: Implement attribution models to understand the impact of product and marketing efforts. Quantify the value generated by digital initiatives. Provide actionable recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.
•    Financial Analysis and Modeling: Leverage financial analysis and modeling techniques to evaluate business scenarios, make informed decisions, and drive business strategy. Use financial models to simulate potential outcomes and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with partners to ensure financial models accurately reflect operational assumptions and business realities.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, and business customers. Manage a team of financial analysts and data professionals. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. 
•    Experimentation and Testing: Drive A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization efforts as part of measurement road map. Iterate on strategies based on test results. Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making.
•    Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risks associated with digital projects. Mitigate risks through informed decision-making.
•    Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement measurement frameworks that accurately assess the efficiency and return on investment of digital projects and marketing campaigns. Translate analytical insights into actionable commercial strategies that drive revenue and profitability. Continuously monitor and report on the performance of digital initiatives, providing regular updates to team members on progress towards commercial goals.
•    Optimization and Scalability: Find opportunities for optimization and scalability of successful digital initiatives, ensuring they deliver sustained commercial value.

 

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: 

 

You will be joining a multifaceted and dynamic team that is charged with leading the development of measurement, analytics and insights for Herbalife’s digital transformation. Our team is based in US and Mexico  but works cross-functionally with Global teams.   

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 


•    Proven experience in developing and implementing measurement frameworks that accurately assess the efficiency and return on investment of digital projects and marketing campaigns.
•    Experience in translating analytical insights into actionable commercial strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
•    Experience in financial modeling, including building and interpreting sophisticated financial models.
•    Proven experience in continuously supervising the performance of initiatives and providing regular updates to team members on progress towards commercial goals.
•    Experience in various forecast methodologies including straight line and regression techniques.
•    Proficiency with web analytics solutions, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other enterprise-level tools. 
•    Coding experience with SQL, Python, R, and SAS for sophisticated data extraction and manipulation preferred but not directly required.
•    Experience in collaborating with testing teams and partners across different functions.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 


•    Leads team of financial analysts and data professionals (Managers, Sr. Managers)

 

Education


•    A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a technical field is required.
•    A master’s degree in a related field or an MBA preferred
•    Certifications in digital marketing, data analysis, data science or a related field desired.
