Overview
THE ROLE:
The role holder will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Distributor business training content that cover business fundamentals, sales methods and business operations.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
- Work with the regions to understand the training needs and challenges of the members. Evaluate, develop, review and update training content based on the needs of members at different level of the marketing plan. Identify best practices, gaps (DMO’s/Business Flow’s/Basics of MLM) and innovative ways of delivering results.
- Collaborate with DS Learning and DS Initiatives team to craft and deliver engaging and informative business training content modules across multiple platforms.
- Develop training assets to support New Distributors success journey and support their success as professionals in the MLM industry and leveraging on technology.
- Support Millennials/ Gen Z strategy, identify their training needs to support their success.
- Analyze training content effectiveness, incorporating distributor feedback and performance data to continuously enhance training content offerings.
- Support the Honors event with Speaker Presentations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- External interactions:
o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather content expertise, align on messaging, and leverage cross-promotional opportunities within training programs.
o Regional Alignment: Coordinate with regional leaders to ensure training programs are culturally relevant and meet the specific needs of distributors in different markets.
o Compliance Partnership: Engage regularly with the Compliance department to update training content in line with changing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Strong business acumen and expertise in sales methods and training systems with the ability to develop impactful training content.
- Experience preferably in Sales & Marketing with experience in training, preference with MLM experience
- Highly organized with the ability to meet concurrent multiple deadlines and the ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal daily supervision. Also able to measure the results/ effectiveness of a project through a quantitative approach.
- Quick thinking, accurate and intuitive problem-solving skills
- Ability to use a wide degree of creativity and latitude to think differently, challenge conventional wisdom and drive new best practices
- Outstanding collaboration and team leadership skills
- Strong customer service and results orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Business acumen & analytical skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
