Overview
We’re hiring for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project management support to the Chief Strategy Officer and President of Pro2col- Blake Mallen (Website & Instagram). The Senior Executive Assistant role goes beyond traditional executive support; it’s ideal for someone who operates as a strategic liaison and problem-solver. The role is crucial in helping the President operate efficiently and effectively, with a strong focus on coordination, organization and execution.
You’ll be trusted to handle complex calendars, prepare executive-level communications, and support cross-functional projects from planning to completion. The Senior Executive Assistant position is a high-impact role with high-visibility and interaction with senior leadership to drive priorities forward.
