From hiring practices to inclusive leader training, employee resource groups to supplier diversity programs, every employee at every level of our organization plays a critical role in fostering an inclusive culture where all people have an equal opportunity to voice their opinions, feel valued, and thrive.

Learning & Development:

The journey to a more inclusive culture starts with learning and development. We provide training programs designed to educate employees about cultural awareness, unconscious bias, and inclusion principles. Moreover, a central theme of our leadership development curriculum focuses on inclusive leadership, or all the ways leaders create healthy, productive and psychologically safe work environments for everyone on their teams. Lastly, we facilitate experiential learning throughout the year with programming developed by our Employee Resource Groups.

Employee Resource Groups:

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are pivotal in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion at Herbalife. They are supportive networks uniting employees with shared experiences and backgrounds, while serving as a platform for all employees to engage, learn from each other, and embrace different perspectives. ERGs contribute to professional growth by offering leadership and skill development opportunities outside of formal roles. Partnering with various internal departments, ERGs enhance company-wide communication, collaboration and connection. Furthermore, they act as a channel for employee feedback, influencing company policies and practices for a more inclusive future.
